Field Trip Fridays (“Field Trip Fridays,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Dallas/Fort Worth, connecting homeschool families across Texas with in-person, experiential K-12 field trips. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit fieldtripfridays.org (the “Site”) or interact with our programs.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide directly: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other details you submit through our newsletter signup, membership or event registration forms, contact forms, or donations.
- Information about children: when a parent or guardian registers a child for a field trip or event, we may collect the child’s name, age or grade level, and related details needed for participation. This information is always submitted by the parent or guardian, not collected directly from the child.
- Payment information: when you make a donation or pay a membership or event fee, payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems.
- Automatically collected information: like most websites, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and cookies to understand how visitors use our Site, including pages viewed, time on Site, and general location (such as city or region).
